The story features Marvel Comics superhero the Hulk and his alter ego Dr. Bruce Banner who was transformed into the giant monster after being hit by radiation during working on G-BOMB. The original series had six issues written by Lee and illustrated by Jack Kirby and later Steve Ditko.
