CBS News Sunday Morning is an American newsmagazine television program that has aired on CBS since January 28, 1979. Created by Robert Northshield and original host Charles Kuralt, the 90-minute program currently airs Sundays from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. Eastern, Pacific Time from 7:00 to 8:30 a.m. and 8:00 to 9:30 a.m. in all other time zones. Since October 2016, the show has been hosted by former NBC News journalist Jane Pauley, who also posts news segments, after retirement of long-term host Charles Osgood on October 9, 2016. Osgood was the host for twenty-two years, taking over from Kuralt on April 10, 1994.
