Adolphe Sax: A Memoir in Voices

Adolphe Sax was a Belgian inventor and musician. In the 1840s he designed saxophone. It is used in many styles of music: jazz, classical, rock and roll, ska, etc. Sax also designed saxotromba, saxhorn, and saxtuba. But these instruments were never as popular as a saxophone. Adolphe Sax himself played flute and clarinet.
