Stephen Paul Barclay is a Conservative Party politician in the United Kingdom serving as Member of Parliament (MP) for North East Cambridgeshire since 2010. He was appointed as Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union in 2018, following the resignation of Dominic Raab. Barclay previously served as Minister of State at the Department of Health and Social Care from July 2018 to November 2018.
