17/10/1961 NY Museum of Modern Art hangs "Le Bateau" upside-down

Henri Mattie's paper-cut Le Bateau was hanged upside-down for 47 days until a stockbroker Genevieve Habert noticed the mistake and notified a guard. Subsequently, the work, which was created during the last years of Matisse's life, was rehanged properly.
