Słomków Mokry is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Wróblew, within Sieradz County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland. It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) north-west of Wróblew, 15 km (9 mi) west of Sieradz, and 66 km (41 mi) west of the regional capital Łódź.
