The white-throated rail or Cuvier's rail is a species of bird in the family Rallidae. It is found in Comoros, Madagascar, Mayotte, and Seychelles. A flightless subspecies, Dryolimnas cuvieri aldabranus, inhabits Aldabra, while another, D. c. abbotti, from Assumption went extinct in the early 20th century due to introduced predators.
