North Hennepin Community College, also known as NHCC was founded in 1966 and today stands as one of the largest and most diverse community colleges in Minnesota. It is a member of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system, the fifth largest system of higher education in the United States. North Hennepin was ranked the 67 best community college in a list of 700 two year colleges in the nation. North Hennepin offers one of the lowest tuition rates in the state of Minnesota and the same rate offered for both in state and out of state students. It is located in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota.
