Maurice Wilkins

British physicist Maurice Wilkins contributed to many fields. Most important is his role in cracking the structure of DNA, together with James Watson and Francis Crick, all got a Nobel Prize in 1962. Wilkins also researched phosphorescence, X-ray diffraction, isotope separation, radar, and optical microscopy.
