The Great Kennewick Man Debate

It is a skeleton found on a bank of the Columbia River in Kennewick, Washington. According to the radiocarbon dating, it is around twelve thousand years old, which makes it one of the oldest complete skeletons ever found. It was found in 1996 but handed over to the Native Americans. Later federal judge decided that the bones can be examined by scientists.
