Sanger sequencing method - dideoxy sequencing of DNA

He was interested in both main classes of large biomolecules: proteins and nucleic acids. In proteins, he was one of the researchers who described the structure of insulin. He also made a great contribution to the method of sequencing DNA. Sanger is one of the four people who won Nobel Prize two times.
