Alliance 90/The Greens, often simply Greens, is a green political party in Germany that was formed from the merger of the German Green Party and Alliance 90 in 1993. The party focuses on ecological, economic, and social sustainability. Its leaders are Annalena Baerbock and Robert Habeck. In the 2017 federal elections, the party came sixth with 8.9% of the votes and 67 out of 709 seats in the Bundestag.
