Who was Sergei Kirov?
Sergey Kirow was a leader of the Russian Revolution and important member of the Politburo. He was shot at his Leningrad office by Communist Party member Leonid Nikolayev. Apparently, Joseph Stalin instigated Nikolayev to carry that act out.
