Sports reporter Carley McCord was one of five people killed in a small plane crash in Louisiana on Saturday while en route with friends to the Peach Bowl. McCord dedicated her life to covering sports in Louisiana. The 30-year-old was a sports reporter with WDSU television in New Orleans. She served as in-game host for the New Orleans Saints and the New Orleans Pelicans.
