Gordon Ramsay

Gordon James Ramsay Jr. is a British chef, restaurateur, and television personality. Born in Scotland and raised in Stratford-upon-Avon, Ramsay's restaurants have been awarded 16 Michelin stars in total and currently hold a total of 7. His signature restaurant, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in Chelsea, London, has held three Michelin stars since 2001. First appearing on television in the UK in the late 1990s, by 2004 Ramsay had become one of the best-known and most influential chefs in British popular culture.

He is the owner and executive chef of several restaurants: Mesa Grill in Las Vegas and the Bahamas; Bar Americain in New York and at Mohegan Sun, Uncasville, Connecticut; Bobby Flay Steak in Atlantic City; Gato in New York, and Bobby's Burger Palace in 19 locations across 11 states.

Jamie Oliver

James Trevor Oliver is an English chef and restaurateur. His approachable cuisine has seen him front numerous television shows and open many restaurants. Born and raised in Clavering, Essex, he was educated in London before joining Antonio Carluccio's Neal Street restaurant as a pastry chef. While serving as a sous chef at The River Café, he was noticed by Patricia Llewellyn of Optomen and in 1999 the BBC aired his television show, The Naked Chef. This was followed by a first cook book, which became a No. 1 UK bestseller. His television work included a documentary, Jamie's Kitchen, which gained him an invitation from the Prime Minister to visit 10 Downing Street. In June 2003, Oliver became a Member of the Order of the British Empire. In 2005, he opened a campaign, Feed Me Better, to introduce schoolchildren to healthier foods. This was later backed by the government. Soon after came the first branch of a restaurant chain, Jamie's Italian, in Oxford in 2008. His TED Talk won him the 2010 TED Prize.

Anne Burrell

Anne W. Burrell is an American chef, TV personality, and an instructor at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City until 2007. She is the host of the Food Network show Secrets Of a Restaurant Chef and co-host of Worst Cooks in America. She was also one of Iron Chef Mario Batali's sous chefs in the Iron Chef America series and appears on other programs on the network such as The Best Thing I Ever Ate. She was a contestant on the fourth season of The Food Network competition show, The Next Iron Chef Super Chefs being eliminated in episode 6. She was also a contestant on the first season of Chopped All-Stars Tournament, winning the "Food Network Personalities" preliminary round to advance to the final round, where she placed second runner up to Nate Appleman (winner) and Aarón Sanchez. In 2015, Burrell won the fourth installment of the Chopped All-Stars tournament winning $75,000 for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. She also hosted the series Chef Wanted with Anne Burrell in 2012–2013.

His Chicago restaurant Alinea has won numerous accolades, and Achatz himself has won numerous awards from prominent culinary institutions and publications including the "Rising Star Chef of the Year Award" for 2003, "Best Chef in the United States" for 2008, and a 2012 "Who's Who Inductee" from the James Beard Foundation.
