Gordon Ramsay

Gordon James Ramsay Jr. is a British chef, restaurateur, writer, television personality, food critic, and former footballer. Born in Johnstone, Scotland and raised in Stratford-upon-Avon, England, Ramsay's restaurants have been awarded 16 Michelin stars in total and currently hold a total of 7. His signature restaurant, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in Chelsea, London, has held three Michelin stars since 2001. First appearing on television in the UK in the late 1990s, by 2004 Ramsay had become one of the best-known and most influential chefs in British popular culture.

Aarón Sanchez

Aarón Sánchez is a celebrity chef, television personality, cookbook author and philanthropist. He is the executive chef and part-owner of the Mexican restaurant Johnny Sánchez with locations in New Orleans, Louisiana, and Baltimore, Maryland. He is a co-star of Food Network’s hit series Chopped and the host of Cooking Channel's Emmy-nominated Taco Trip. He has appeared on Iron Chef America, and is one of the few chefs whose battles have ended in a draw, tying with Masaharu Morimoto in "Battle Black Bass" in Season 2. He was also a contestant on The Next Iron Chef. As of 2017, he is one of the judges/co-hosts of Fox’s hit culinary competition series Masterchef US. Since Season 8, he co-hosts alongside Gordon Ramsay, Joe Bastianich, and Christina Tosi.

Alvin Leung

Alvin King Lon Leung, is a Hong Kong chef who holds three Michelin stars at his restaurant Bo Innovation in Hong Kong and one Michelin star in his restaurant Bo London in London. He is nicknamed The Demon Chef, and has invented his own cuisine which he calls X-Treme Chinese, which includes meals such as an edible condom on a mushroom beach. He spent £1.7 million on his second restaurant, Bo London, based in Mayfair, London. A third restaurant, Bo Shanghai has been opened in Shanghai, China.

Jamie Oliver

James Trevor Oliver is a British chef and restaurateur. His approachable cuisine has seen him front numerous television shows and open many restaurants. Born and raised in Clavering, Essex, he was educated in London before joining Antonio Carluccio's Neal Street restaurant as a pastry chef. While serving as a sous-chef at the River Café, he was noticed by Patricia Llewellyn of Optomen; and in 1999 the BBC aired his television show, The Naked Chef. This was followed by a first cook book, which became a No. 1 UK bestseller. His television work included a documentary, Jamie's Kitchen, which gained him an invitation from Prime Minister Tony Blair to visit 10 Downing Street. In June 2003, Oliver became a Member of the Order of the British Empire. In 2005, he opened a campaign, Feed Me Better, to introduce schoolchildren to healthier foods, which was later backed by the government. He is the owner of a restaurant chain, Jamie Oliver Restaurant Group, which opened its first restaurant, Jamie's Italian, in Oxford in 2008. The chain went into administration in 2019. His TED Talk won him the 2010 TED Prize.

Duff Goldman

Jeffrey Adam "Duff" Goldman is a pastry chef and television personality. He is the executive chef of the Baltimore-based Charm City Cakes shop which was featured in the Food Network reality television show Ace of Cakes, and his second Los Angeles-based shop Charm City Cakes West, which is featured in Food Network's Duff Till Dawn and "Cake Masters" series. His work has also been featured on the Food Network Challenge, Iron Chef America, Oprah, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and Man v. Food.

Along with his brother Albert, he opened Le Gavroche, later to become the first three Michelin starred restaurant in Britain, and The Waterside Inn, which was the first restaurant outside France to hold three stars for a period of 25 years.
