The Ateneo Lady Blue Eagles is the collegiate women's varsity volleyball team of the Ateneo de Manila University. They play in the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP).
Associazione Sportiva Volley Lube is a professional volleyball team based in Civitanova Marche, Italy. Since 1995 the club has been playing in the Serie A of the Italian Volleyball League. It won the Italian Championship four times, the Italian Cup five times, and the Italian SuperCup three-times.
The China women's national volleyball team represents the People's Republic of China in international volleyball competitions and friendly matches, governed by Chinese Volleyball Association. They are one of the leading and most successful squads in women's international volleyball and a worshipful sports team in China, having won nine championships titles in the three major international competitions of volleyball, including World Cup four times, World Championship twice and Olympic Game titles three times. The current head coach is Lang Ping, executive coach is An Jiajie. The team now ranks the first place in the FIVB World Ranking.
VC Zenit-Kazan, until 2008 known as Dinamo Tattransgaz Kazan, is a professional men's volleyball team based in Kazan, Russia. It plays in the Super League. The team won the 2007–08, 2011–12, 2014–15, 2015-16, 2016-17, and 2017-18 CEV Champions League titles, thus being the most-titled club in its new history. As of November 2017, Kazan is ranked 1st in the Men's European clubs ranking.
The United States women's national volleyball team participates in international volleyball competitions and friendly games, and is governed by USA Volleyball. The current head coach is three-time Olympic gold medalist, and retired dominant beach volleyball professional Karch Kiraly.
The Italy women's national volleyball team is governed by the Federazione Italiana Pallavolo (FIPAV). The team's biggest victories were the Gold Medal at the 2002 FIVB Women's World Championship, being the first team to break the domination of Russia, Cuba, China and Japan; the 2007 and the 2011 World Cup, winning 21 out of the 22 matches in both tournaments.
The Philippine women's national volleyball team is the national volleyball team of the Philippines. The country is ranked 79 as of August 21, 2017. Its highest achievement was in 1974 when it qualified for the FIVB World Championship, where it placed 18th. It is governed by Larong Volleyball sa Pilipinas (LVPI) since 2015.
