'Mad Men' is an American period drama television series created by Matthew Weiner and produced by Lionsgate Television. The series premiered in July 2007 on the cable network AMC. After seven seasons and 92 episodes, the final episode aired in May 2015. The seventh season of Mad Men received critical acclaim. The review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes reports that 87% of 52 critics reviewed the season favorably.

Paul McCartney and Heather Mills split

'The Empire Strikes Back' premieres in Washington, D.C.

'The Empire Strikes Back' is a 1980 American epic space opera film directed by Irvin Kershner. The screenplay was written by Leigh Brackett and Lawrence Kasdan while George Lucas wrote the story and served as executive producer. The second installment in the original 'Star Wars' trilogy, it was produced by Gary Kurtz for Lucasfilm. It premiered at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C.
