George Foreman knocked out 27-year-old Michael Moorer and won the unified WBA, IBF, and lineal titles. He remains the oldest world heavyweight champion in history and the second oldest in any weight class after Bernard Hopkins. He beat his opponent at the age of 45. George Foreman retired at the age of 48 with 76 wins and 5 losses.
